Paul is phenomenal. Unlike many other realtors, the pressure was not there. I’ve worked with realtors in the past and it’s sort of like conducting business at the DMV 30 minutes before they close; Paul is not that guy. What you see is what you get. He works hard to get you what you want, and it’s more like shopping with a friend, a friend that takes care of all of the unnecessary stuff that you don’t like. Overall 10/10, I will recommend him to all potential buyers I meet in the area.

Paul is amazing! My husband and I were trying to buy a house from across the country, in a crazy real estate market and a global pandemic. We originally chose Paul to be our agent because he was the most persistent and a Navy vet. Now after closing an amazing deal, I wanted share our wonderful experience. Paul was always assessable. Every text and every phone call was answered promptly. He made sure we understood everything completely before we left the conversation. Additionally, in this market you have to move fast. If we sent him a home to view on our behalf, he was scheduled same/next day to check it out. His video tours are extremely detailed. He always pointed out the houses highlights and concerns. He even recorded footage of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. This was extremely important to us as we are buying out of state in an unfamiliar area. When it was time to submit offers, he gave sound strategies to make our offer stand out in the crowd. And it worked! We landed the perfect home for our family. Paul is a finisher. He and his wife make an amazing team and was determined to find the right home for us. We will be referring him to everyone we know relocating to VA! Highly recommend!
